Technical decisions

  1. Automate the lifecycle.

    The transition from code to production is handled by pipelines, from GitHub analysis to AKS deployment.

  2. Secure secrets at the source.

    Using the CSI Driver with Azure Key Vault avoids exposing secrets in Kubernetes manifests.

  3. End-to-end observability.

    Implemented OpenTelemetry along with Grafana, Loki, and Tempo to trace, monitor, and analyze every component.
